Welcome back to Wright as Rayne, where we're too cool to have a mind swap result in one person being completely out of the way while the other takes over their life and becomes a superhero. That's just stupid.

So, O'Hara and Rin! Yeah, our subplot for this chapter is these two having a conversation of their own. Lot of talking in this chapter if you haven't guessed. We get to see here that O'Hara seems to have some health problems - just a cold? Something more severe? Faking it? You'll have to see.

Feels kind of weird to have a subplot going without it centering around Power, doesn't it? At least in its place we have two people for the price of one. What're their ultimate story roles in relation to Alex? Stay tuned! Can assure you neither one's taking over as the Superior Starchild!

And now the glasses. Because I hate drawing them and Martin hates coloring them and we love to punish ourselves. Huzzah!

Yeah, I suck at drawing those things. They're just something I never had to sit down and learn. I learn by doing and no character in any of these comics regularly wears glasses so it just doesn't come up. I've been meaning to sit down and finally hammer out a better style of 'em, but just haven't gotten around to it. Promised to do so before the next chapter though, so there's that.

On the subject of minor character points that are really irritating for me, I usually forget to put in O'Hara's tattoos and have to have Martin remind me. Usually the last things I draw on her so just sorta slip my mind. Was starting to get better about it toward the end though, so maybe it's looking up.

Heheh... I like how Rin's sitting in this really uncomfortable-looking wooden chair rather than just sit beside O'Hara on the sofa. Maybe he's got some thing about human contact. Wouldn't be surprising.

Are these two going to be involved in how Alex finds out where Sarabeth got the idea for his costume from?

Yeah, the costume / gimmick itself is a major part of this storyline.
