Pretty brief flashback to what all happened with Rin, but this does pretty much sum things up. We'll be turning away from these two in the next page, but won't be long before we're back to them.

I was kind of hesitant about this whole sequence, admittedly. Didn't know how much detail to go into it or how long to focus on it, plus one worry I tend to have when faced with writing sad moments is potentially going too far with it, but I'm pretty happy with this last couple of pages, in large part because of Adam's art - think he did a good job with Rin's body languages and expressions through this. If you disagree please feel free to offer suggestions on how to handle things like this in the future, we're always looking to improve.

Awww. ^^ Now I feel all special. Again, Rin is a very interesting character and I was eager to get to him. This sequence was very interesting to try out, and think it'll only get better.

Especially happy to hear that since I was pretty unsure about a lot of this in terms of body language. The last page worked alright, but this one I had some doubts on. The second panel I thought might be over-the-top in how unhinged he looked, and in the third I'm basically trying to avoid drawing his glasses again.

Still, happy with how this page came out. You can tell how much effort went into O'Hara and Rin by the way they act and how their scripts are written and think the effect in their back-and-forth came out nicely. Also I'm happy with some of the quicker aspects of this, like the stuff surrounding Rin in the second panel or the design on his grandma.

Okay, that is an unhealthy way of dealing with grief and it will be interesting to learn what O'Hara has found out.

Will be a little over a week before you find that out, but hoping you like where it goes.
