Huh. Okay, good call on putting this up with placeholder comments. I was only doing it "Just in case" but huh. ^^

Yeah, again, something that came to life in the coloring. Not too weird or surprising Ivy would abandon the ring to beat the hell out of Starchild more directly. Again, a lot of the motion here was fun to draw, especially Ivy knocking over those ropes and throwing Starchild into the counter. Twist was good too.

Heh. I liked seeing that Alex Rayne fangirl too. ^^ One fan actually suggested this place should have a hot-dog vendor and half-tempted to throw that in for an upcoming page.

Alex is pretty fond of the last minute sudden reversal when it looks hopeless, isn't he? Offhand did that with Weapon, Bullet Time, to a degree with McShay though there it only really partially worked out... Though then again don't think it's too bad on it, most of those have different circumstances. Like here where he's just catching Ivy offguard with a clean hit rather than spitting in her face like he usually does in this kind of situation.

Not sure how much I've got to say beyond that, is still kind of mid-fight and all. Will say I do hope it's been coming through how throughout this fight Ivy's supposed to be kind of a very varied fighter who can really hang no matter where you're taking her on at if you're trying to fight her head-on, just very dangerous to deal with all around. Was sort of there with the Hazel fight too despite how much he controlled that, with how she kept finding openings to get back up and she seemed to have caught him in an inescapable position when Marvelous Man interrupted.

Oh, right, originally was going to have Ivy slam Alex into the counter multiple times before being countered. Wound up being trimmed down for time.
