Pearce sure knows how to make an impact, huh? Just waltz into a room containing two gangs, a superhero, and Kadaram and just immediately start talking trash then cannonball into the crowd, guy's got balls.
Yeah, not too sure what to say about this one but I did definitely want Pearce to make an immediate impact with the reader. Like I said before I had a lot of stuff in mind for him and wanted to really hammer the character in, though I think we get a more personal establishing moment with him a little later on.
Heh... Yeah, this was why Pearce was a weird character to design; he's badass but also just supposed to be "some guy." Not done up all showy like a comic book hero, just some shlub who happens to be obscenely good at fighting.
Like Martin, I wanted Pearce to make an immediate impact on the readers despite just being some guy. I think I maybe pushed too hard since, without meanign to, I gave the guy the most stupidly-epic and ridiculous move in the 6th panel. Seriously, stop and really look at what he's doing there.

All I've really got but hoping everybody enjoys.
