It feels weird to me that we're only actually around the halfway point of this chapter at this point - I think it being pretty handily the longest fight scene we've done, combined with already having the whole thing scripted, is throwing me a bit.

Still, pretty happy with this one. Kind of wanted to have Alex and Hazel have a brief throwdown for awhile now and think this kind of communicates a good few things about them, that in terms of skill Alex really does completely outclass him, but all Hazel really needs is a good opening. Actually probably the lightest page in the chapter thus far just since it's really only focused on the two of them, but happy with it.

A funny story on this one, I actually did write it into the script that Alex was doing that taunt Laura suggested in the second panel, but Adam kind of overlooked that part of the script when first reading it and threw out a suggestion to do that there. Guess it's funny how things can be just kind of obvious directions like that, huh?

We actually kind of struggled a fair bit with figuring out how to convey that it was the sound of Grant's scream from the previous page that they were reacting to. Think this was probably our best way to go about it but we never really established an actual sound effect for the scream so it'd have just registered as weird to try to do one there, left us a little unsure how to proceed temporarily. Guess at least now we have an answer to that in case this situation ever arises in Blues, though Grant's sonic scream tends to get less play than his razor thing there.

Heheh... Yeha, not much to say about this one, but am really loving how these two come across. It comes off like Hazel's only strategy is all-out-attack, which probably works fine unless his enemy is especially talented at dodging or strategy.

In addition to that one cutesy pose Ropun thought up, the expression on Alex in Panel 3 actually based off a screenshot from a Visual Novel Martin played. Even included a link to it in the script for reference...

Kinda all I got. Really enjoying the fight scene, but pages don't leave me much to say. ^^
