Difficult one to comment on, if only because I wrote some scripts for the next chapter earlier and am really happy with those so my headspace is kind of just focused on being eager to get to those.

Pretty happy with this one though - do like getting to see this room and Section 24 again and I like the back-and-forth here. Whole thing made me think quite a bit of doing Black Princess given the previous scene we had with these two groups that appeared within both comics, though of course Ana wasn't around yet for that.

One thing I did kind of want to use this scene to explore is how the whole Alex / Dorothy situation connects to Sareena and how little she really thought about it before following orders on it. We have gone into that before, like how she was all taunting and cruel when it happened but subsequently apologized when she got somewhat more of a picture of things, but am really wanting to emphasize how she really is pretty much dismissing her responsibility in the whole thing. ... That'll be a subject we'll be focusing on a lot more sooner rather than later.

Of course also been kind of a thing hanging over the comic for a bit that the Black Court isn't actually aware of what the purpose of Alex being put in Dorothy's body was exactly or about some of the moves Sarabeth is making. This felt like a good time to rectify that.

Does bare noting that from here the chapter gets sidelined from the Patriot Initiative subject for a bit while we're going to deal in Eighth Sin matters for a little while, though that's still very much the main event of this chapter.

Heh... Really good to see this entire group again; when the comics were first starting up, this was the first "Team" we ever saw on a semi-regular basis, with all the members together, who all obviously didn't fit together but had this clunky-mismatched feel to the group all coming together. I actually found myself getting really nostalgic drawing that first panel seeing all of them again. ^^ Gaspeed in particular.

That said, the lineart for the page was really bland, and Martin added most of the details that make it pop, including literally the entire background. We've mentioned I've been strapped for background ideas since it's been a very talky- chapter, but that issue didn't effect him and he was able to put together something discreet and simple just to keep characters from floating in a featureless void. He also put the Reverse Flash symbol on Sareena's shirt.

Yeah, like Martin said, the comic is gonna start to go into Sareena trying to separate herself from responsibility for what happened to Alex, which we'll be getting into more of come Friday. ^^ .... Wait, no, come Monday. Monday. My schedule's been weird, I don't really know what day it is anymore.
