Heheh... Yeah, this is weird timing. The bookstore I work at has been near a food-court for some time, and only just this week has changed locations to be away from it. So when I was drawing this I was drawing from life, but now I'm away from that. Funny.

But yeah, trying to still put a lot of personality in Young's expressions and demeanor. Something about escaped supervillain eating pizza was just funny to me, so tried to still make him look dignified and refined as he did it. ^^

Actually, really happy with how that food came out. Food tends to be a fucking pain to draw, and for this one I really stopped, did research, and did everything I could to make it pop. I think it actually came out looking good for once and very happy for it. When there's something you're never quite satisfied with in art, it can be really, really rewarding to finally get it right. Even if it's something really minor. ^^

This one was kind of weird to color because I wanted it to look good but I also wanted to keep consistency with the garish color scheme seen on the mall back in Shopping Star, probably could just be a separate mall I guess but I do try and watch stuff of that sort. I think I managed to get it a point where the color scheme looked good while still looking like the same place but it did take a bit of doing.

Kind of a strange one to comment on since like the previous page it's kind of vague allusions to whatever it is they're doing, but do think it at least works to give kind of a better idea of where they're coming from and to show that they're out making themselves visible instead of simply going on the run. We'll be getting a bit more cohesive of an idea of what the deal with them is very soon, don't worry.
