If you don't count the year three preview, this is the first we're seeing Laura in nearly eighty pages. Really doesn't seem that long but yeah, she's been shut out of things for awhile. Going to be seeing plenty of her soon, though.

So yeah, here we go, cover for our second arc of sorts! For ease of reference we're calling it a book, and if nothing else that name'll come in handy if we ever get the chance to start publishing. Not something you can likely expect any time soon, if only because neither of us really has the money to sink into it, but if it's an idea you might be interested in sometime down the line, couldn't hurt to let us know.

Anyway, the cover itself... Pretty simple idea, but think it does the trick well enough. Wanted to go for a sort of quasi-symmetry without being directly so, and think it does that well enough. The reason for Starchild being in the night while O'Hara's in the day? Sort of a sense of irony for one thing, but moreover it just felt a bit more interesting to me than the other way around. Plus if we stuck O'Hara in the dark it'd just get redundant given the cover we'll be seeing in a week.

Actually a few different versions of this color - there's this one, one with the usual logo, and one with both in a somewhat altered form. Tough decision which to go with posting but you can see what we decided on.

Yeah, enough with the old adventures with Power and her attempts to rise to erm... power. Now onto a new war with cultists, vandalism, and a twitchy geeky guy whose involvement in things have yet to be examined. Will these new chapters actually have good artwork? Probably not, but please read them anyway.

Feel a little glum at the moment- in the middle of finals and will likely be studying for this one all-or-nothing test too much to actually draw anything this weekend. Actually had a nightmare earlier this week I had another course I totally forgot about and never attended so was guaranteed to fail.

I really should perk up though. It's my best friend's birthday tomorrow. ^^

Damn it, I knew Abe was your best friend. And here I was hoping it was me.

O'Hara is a freak, a major freak in so many ways, even the BP monster cast doesn't creep me out the way she does, there is just something so wrong about that women. Speaking of cast it doesn't look like you've added anybody new to the cast page since it stops at Sareena even you said more people would be added to it and is Dr. Oliver a psychiatrist by any chance?

Yeah, the cast page has kind of fallen out of priorities for the moment I guess, combined with us experimenting with several different ways to approach it that proved ultimately fruitless. I am planning to come back to it when I get some time to work on it, but I have a lot of stuff to catch up on at the moment.

And yeah, Dr. Oliver is a psychiatrist. We'll be learning more about that in the next chapter, and we'll also be seeing a good bit of O'Hara there.
